Chris recently handled the listing and sale of a home owned by two co-trustees of a trust who I represented as their attorney. Chris helped my family sell our mother’s house in Woodside masterfully. He dealt with Tricky logistics such as my brother and me both being on the East Coast, needing to make some key repairs, and staging the house, all with aplomb.
