Chris recently handled the listing and sale of a home owned by two co-trustees of a trust who I represented as their attorney. Chris understood and dealt very well with the issues relating to the sale of the home from a trust. Chris helped my family sell our mother’s house in Woodside masterfully. He dealt with Tricky logistics such as my brother and me both being on the east coast, needing to make some key repairs, and staging the house all with aplomb. He coordinated all of these activities on time on budget. It’s worth noting this is an unusual house and would take a unique buyer. Chris is an all-around pro and was very helpful to us as we tried to understand the local market and what our options were. He was mindful of our budget and sensitive to our needs. Chris is an expert in Bay Area real estate. He is very personable and responsive (even when he is biking!) to your needs.
