Chris recently handled the listing and sale of a home owned by two co-trustees of a trust who I represented as their attorney. Chris understood and dealt very well with the issues relating to the sale of the home from a trust. The matter was complicated by a pending litigation between the co-trustees and a beneficiary and Chris was able to deftly navigate through the additional issues that arose due to the conflict.
