Allied Arts
Tree-lined streets, charming cottages, historic gardens and the Allied Arts Guild make this one of Menlo Park's most charming neighborhoods. Smaller lots make it an attractive way into the market west of El Camino Real, with Stanford Shopping Center and two downtowns close by.
Felton Gables
Tucked against the Atherton border, Felton Gables is a hidden gem, unknown even to many Menlo Park residents. Most homes were custom-built in the 1930s and 40s on the former estate of Senator Charles Felton, and many have since been remodeled or rebuilt. A quiet path leads to Holbrook-Palmer Park next door.
Sharon Heights
A planned community with parks, open space, schools, shopping, dining and a country club, amid single-family homes, condominiums and townhomes. Hilly terrain gives many homes views of the Bay, the western hills or the golf course, with easy access to Highway 280.
West Menlo Park and University Heights
Unincorporated San Mateo County, centered on Alameda de las Pulgas. Restaurants, cafes, shops and well-regarded private schools are all within walking distance.
Stanford Weekend Acres (Alpine Road)
An eclectic mix of older homes and new modern ones, many on private roads, in a sliver of unincorporated San Mateo County. Bordered by the Stanford golf course and San Francisquito Creek, it pairs a rural feel with a central location.
Linfield Oaks
A close-knit neighborhood where an impromptu Friday evening gathering is not unusual. Burgess Park and the civic center are right next door.
Menlo Oaks
Tree-lined streets without sidewalks give Menlo Oaks a rural feel. It includes Vintage Oaks, built in the 1990s on land once owned by St. Patrick's Seminary. Lots are larger here, and shopping and dining are still close by.
The Willows
Known for its winding, tree-shaded lanes and its closeness to downtown Palo Alto, The Willows is mostly post-war ranch homes on average-size lots, with a growing number remodeled or rebuilt. It has a strong sense of community.
Flood Park
Suburban Park, Lorelei Manor and the Flood Park Triangle are friendly, active neighborhoods and popular ways into the Menlo Park market, close to Marsh Manor shopping, commute routes and Flood Park itself.
Belle Haven
First developed in the 1930s, Belle Haven is the part of Menlo Park north and east of Highway 101. It is one of the more accessible ways into Silicon Valley real estate, and the area has changed quickly with Meta's headquarters nearby.
North Fair Oaks
